Escape to the mountains and take in the serenity of 300 acres of pristine wilderness, our luxurious accommodation in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in Queensland sets the scene for an escape like no other.

Four days of feasting on fresh food as we gather around to be inspired by Whole food Mediterranean cooking that is both nourishing and delicious, 1-2 hr rainforest walks in the National Park, gentle mat pilates combining body relaxation with Brielle. Our afternoons are set aside for our health coaching workshop led by experienced group facilitator Angela Pond where you will create a vision for your own well being, identifying the patterns of behaviour that keep tripping you up and plan a road map for the rest of the year, all with the goal to finish stronger than you started.

We understand that finding renewed vision and the opportunity to reflect on what is working or not in your life includes times of solitude and we make time for these meaningful moments.

This is a place for the weary and worried, to lighten the load, refill the well springs of life and find deep rest and restoration.

Our retreat packages offer two accommodation options:

Private Room: (king or queen bed): $1995 per person

Shared Room: (2 x Single beds): $1595 per person

Guests are required to organise who they are sharing a room with. Each retreat has limited shared rooms available. Shared rooms will be booked on a first come basis.

Once you have been notified that you have a space on our retreat, we require a $495 deposit per person within 3 business days of receiving your place. Those next on our waiting list will be notified if places become available due to unpaid deposits. The remaining amount is due 3 months out from the retreat date.

We understand that circumstances change, please note that bookings cancelled with more than 2 months notice may have their deposit credited to another retreat or Selah Wellness service (any additional payments are eligible for a refund). Bookings cancelled within 2 months of the event have the option to a 50% refund of full cost of the retreat or the same amount credited to another retreat date (subject to availability).

We believe that pausing to reflect, rest and renew creates the perfect atmosphere to reconnect with your own wellbeing, both physical, mentally and spiritual. All meals, sessions and activities are thoughtfully planned by our qualified team of coaches and instructors, to have you walking away from the retreat feeling deeply rested and refreshed. We believe the environment we are in sets the atmosphere for your time away. We are so excited to host our 2025 retreats at the Ridge at Maleny. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland on 300 acres of pristine wilderness. The mountain top villas feature warm, natural finishes, timber floors, fireplaces, spacious living areas and everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing time away. The property offers walking and hiking tracks and several privately booked areas for us to enjoy.
